Refund Adyen purchases right from Payway Admin portal!
Today, we’re excited to announce a new feature: direct credit card refunds from within the Payway admin portal!
Good to know before getting started:
- The payment must be closed. A payment that has been created but not completed, that is pending payment, or that has failed due to one reason or another, cannot be credited.
- The payment must not be fully credited. You can credit a payment up to 100% of its original amount.
And here´s how you do it:
1. Enter Customer Service> Orders > Choose the order that you would like to make a refund on.
2. At the end of the order summary you will find the Payment History.
2. Enter the amount you would like to refund to the customer and if the subscription should be canceled.
3. Confirmation of refund.
