Payment Profiles Billecta

We have launched payment profiles for Billecta purchases, which streamlines the process of starting new subscriptions for your customer service agents.

How to use Payment profiles

Enter Customer Service> Navigate to and enter Subscription.

Click Start new subscription

Select Payment period: Recurring/Limited > Select a Package or Campaign > Choose the Payment period.

Select a Payment profile.
The Delivery and Billing address will be collected from the Payment Profile.

If you, at this point, would like to start a new payment profile, you can choose, select, under Select a Payment profile.

NOTE! If you choose to change the Billing address at this point, the Payment Profile itself will be updated, and all the previous orders will get this new address.
The Devilvery address is never saved on the payment profile. Therefore, you can change this on the new subscription without any effect.
