Change from invoice to Autogiro directly in Billecta.

We are introducing Autogiro integration with Billecta, enabling customers to switch from invoice to Autogiro directly within Billecta. Once the switch is made, Payway will automatically read and update the payment method to Autogiro.

With this functionality, it will also be possible to:

Switch from invoice to Autogiro as a payment method for subscriptions directly in Payway Admin, provided the customer has an active Autogiro mandate in Billecta.
Switch back from Autogiro to invoice if needed.

This enhancement streamlines the transition to automated recurring payments, reducing manual work and improving the customer payment experience.

Reduce churn and costs.

With our latest feature in Payway where you can attach PDF files to the invoice directly via admin, you can encourage invoice customers to switch to Autogiro or use more digital payment methods such as card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. This is a great way to reduce invoice printing and distribution costs while also ensuring that customers use a payment method with a lower churn risk.

Communication via e-mail

This example shows how you can proactively guide invoice customers to switch to Autogiro.

Email 1 is sent to customers who pay by paper invoice.
Email 2 is sent to subscribers who previously paid via Autogiro, encouraging them to switch back.
Email 3 is a reminder email to submit their Autogiro details.
