Payment Profiles in the check-out
Payment profiles can significantly boost your conversions and sales. This feature allows your existing and returning customers to conveniently reuse their credit card details (Adyen) from previous purchases.
NOTE! This is only supported on recurring packages and campaigns.
Payment Profiles for Customer Service
Payment profiles contribute to great value for your customer service support as well as streamline the process of starting new subscriptions for your customer service agents.
How to use Payment Profiles with Billecta for Customer Service
Enter Customer Service > Navigate to and enter Subscription.
Click Start new subscription
Select Payment period: Recurring/Limited > Choose the Payment period > Select a Package or Campaign
Select a Payment profile.
The Delivery and Billing address will be collected from the Payment Profile.
If you, at this point, would like to start a new payment profile, you can choose, select, under Select a Payment profile.

NOTE! If you choose to change the Billing address at this point, the Payment Profile itself will be updated, and all the previous orders will get this new address.
The delivery address is never saved in the payment profile. Therefore, you can change this on the new subscription without any effect.
